How this application handles account and community data.

Accounts and community activity

Supabase manages authentication. We store an account identifier, username, optional avatar, followed trials, submitted videos, chat posts, reactions, and moderation records. Usernames and posted messages are public. Email addresses are not shown in public profiles.

Video and external services

The YouTube player loads after you choose to play a video. YouTube then receives technical information necessary for playback and applies its own policies. Video thumbnails may load from YouTube before playback. Read Google’s privacy policy. Optional OpenAI classification receives public video metadata, not account emails or chat messages.

Sessions and metrics

Authentication uses session cookies. We count signed-in visits at most once per account, room, and UTC day, and retain these visit records for 30 days. Room presence expires after two minutes of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies or fingerprint visitors.

Retention and control

Chat history remains in permanent rooms. Deleted messages are replaced with a moderation marker. You can change your username, unfollow cases, and remove blocks in My Empire. Account deletion and data access requests require the operator’s assistance.

Before public registration opens

The operator must publish a working privacy contact and confirm retention and deletion procedures before enabling public registration. Membership remains unavailable until the service is connected.
